We work with clinics and hospitals that need the imaging flow to work end to end: from the modality to the report. ECRIS and ECPACS are components of that solution; ECMED covers clinic operations.
When something fails, we investigate the full flow—equipment, network, archive and application—and we coordinate other vendors when their intervention is required. We do not promise to fix on a manufacturer’s behalf what only they can change.

Ecstore’s practice rests on Javier Flores’s work in medical imaging since 2014: PACS, RIS, DICOM, infrastructure and hospital integration. That cut is deliberate: imaging operations, not a generic software catalog.
